On September 6th, the 2024 Edward M. Gramlich Fellows in Community and Economic Development presented their groundbreaking research. These future leaders, like Aaron and Jein, are already making a difference in NeighborWorks and it's network. Aaron's research on manufactured and modular housing is helping NeighborWorks organizations find innovative solutions to affordable housing challenges. Jein's focus on local economic development is strengthening the capacity of nonprofits to serve their communities. NeighborWorks has a long commitment to building our sector, and this partnership with Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies (JCHS) is one way in which we’re developing the next generation of leaders.
