▶️15-minute products are now available for trading across several more borders and bidding zones in #SIDC: 🇮🇹  the Italian bidding zones and internal borders, effective from 1 January 2025 🇫🇷  the French bidding zone and the following interconnectors: IT-AT, IT-FR, IT-SI, FR-BE, FR-DE, EE-FI (Estlink) since 22 January 2025 🚩The implementation marks a major step toward a more dynamic, #flexible, and cost-efficient energy market that will better meet the evolving demands of Europe and strengthen its sustainable future. #SIDC #NEMOs #TSOs #15minMTU

▶️15-minute products are now available for trading in #SIDC in the #Baltic region 🚩The implementation marks a major step toward a more dynamic, #flexible, and cost-efficient energy market that will better meet the evolving demands of Europe and strengthen its sustainable future.

We start the week with the fourth highlight: With all the close #cooperation and #coordination, we undertake to securely operate the European Electricity Market Coupling, a highlight that stands out every year, is to meet you! 🤝 Physically, in person, and in the context of engaging discussions. We held our second #AnnualConference with a strong on-site presence. To meet so many of you at the event, and see you engage in discussions, confirms the pivotal role that the cooperation among NEMOs has for the power trading community. Besides this, it was also a great opportunity to catch some sunrays in Athens before the winter period. ☀️ As engaging with you is one of our top priorities, we also organised a pre-launch event to prepare the launch of SIDC Intraday Auctions – 📃 check out the video (https://lnkd.in/dDHtXn5P )  and presentation (https://lnkd.in/dvii9xXS )  in case you missed it. On Friday we are back with the third highlight: In the #NEMOCommittee, we are committed to🔝keeping a well-functioning and constantly improving single day-ahead and intraday European electricity markets. Performance is key but #regulation is essential. NEMOs deliver and review in close cooperation with ACER the relevant Terms, Conditions and Methodologies (TCMs).
