Disaster assistance isn't limited to one specific type or amount. The $750 Serious Needs Assistance is only ONE type of assistance available, and it is used to help pay for essential emergency supplies like food, water, baby formula, and medication. October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (NBCAM), a time to promote awareness, encourage education, support those diagnosed with breast cancer, and remember those lost to this disease. The Nevada Division of Insurance is proud to share information on legislation that requires commercial health insurers to cover annual mammograms, and supplemental and diagnostic imaging exams at no cost to the patient. With open enrollment starting November 1st, these resources gathered from Nevada Cancer Coalition, Susan G.
