New Home Co. is a proud participant in Project Playhouse, the popular fundraiser and community event organized by HomeAid Orange County. The event showcases the talents and creativity of the local homebuilding industry, all while supporting HomeAid’s mission to address the growing issue of homelessness. For our Playhouse, we worked with a team of our trade partners to create the “Surf Shack,” a playful structure that captures the Southern California lifestyle, coastal living and stirs up memories of vacations at the beach. All of this year's playhouses will be displayed at the Irvine Spectrum Center starting tomorrow, September 7, 2024, culminating in an exciting Auction Party and HomeAid O.C. 35th Anniversary celebration on October 5, 2024, at AV Irvine. But 15 years ago, he pulled our first building permit, and since then, he’s worn many different hats.
