A natural collaborator, he thrives on lively discussions, bringing together different perspectives to drive innovation at Nextpoint. 🚀 What is your favorite part about working at Nextpoint? "The people at Nextpoint are a joy to be around, and the conversations I get to have at and about work are my favorite part of being on this team. The ability to walk around the office and talk shop with any Nextian, regardless of their role, is such a privilege." 🚀 How do you approach problem-solving and innovation in your role? "Problem-solving is a favorite past time of mine, and is one of the reasons I fell into a career as a Product Manager - it's my team's job to make sure Nextpoint builds the right software, for the right people, at the right time to meet their needs. One of my favorite ways to bring innovation into this process is to bring together domain experts from across our organization and encourage them to bring their strong opinions to the table. With the right amount of friction and plenty of empathy, new ideas will often come from unexpected places." 🚀 What is one piece of technology you can’t live without, and why? "I love Apple's "Notes" app; I use it in both personally and professionally. I don't claim to have the best memory, nor am I very organized, and I find the Notes app to be the perfect low-effort way for me to jot things down. It syncs across my devices, allows me to format things into simple lists, and there's no repercussions for ignoring their organization - your latest notes are always at the top, and if you need to find something, you can just search for it."
