About us
Northern Pride, Inc is a grower-owned turkey processing facility located in Thief River Falls, Minnesota - right at the heart of many long-time turkey producers. The cooperative was formed in 1989 by ambitious independent turkey growers throughout Northern Minnesota and North Dakota who had a passion for the industry. Turkey production has been active for over 60 years in Northern Minnesota with many turkey farms now continuing the tradition through 2nd and 3rd generation families.

Hunter Miller: New CEO of NPI Northern Pride Inc. is pleased to welcome Hunter Miller to the organization. Hunter joined NPI as the new Chief Executive Officer in mid-October of this year. His knowledge and experience has been a great asset to the organization. Hunter has more 20 years of management experience in the protein processing industry. Prior to joining NPI, Hunter held leadership positions at Peco Foods, Pilgrim’s Pride, Bilinski Sausage and Freshwater Farms; he is a Mississippi College Graduate.
