Deep technical expertise for Data Centers - Focus on truly energy efficiency and sustainable solutions
Good #teamwork might take time to show results, but it is rewarding. The first #Gold Plus label attributed by SDEA for a data center in Switzerland for #ZUR2, showing and certifying the most efficient data center for Digital Realty in the whole world. Secondly, but close, the result of the magnificent work done by the engineering team, certifying for now #ZUR1 with a #Silver Plus label (for now), transforming a more than 2 decade old DC into an example to follow in how good results can be achieve in a pure colocation with more than 200 customers! A special thank you to Denis Marusic for gathering the team of multidisciplinary #engineering excellency, in Control/BMS, Mechanical and Electrical fields that allowed engineers to actually engineer, and bring ideas from vision to reality. Good things happen when you are bounded only by the limits of ingenuity. Also thank you to Carlos Alves that gathered and processed all the data needed, Hélder Silva CDCMP® for the projects implemented, to Carlos M. and Miguel Marujo for leading the engineering teams, to Erin Rowe, PE, LEED AP to certify our results, and last but not least also to the board of SDEA, especially to Matthias Haymoz for the smooth process of obtaining the certification and given us this accomplishment.

Our Americas Engineering and Consulting Team recently visited Queretaro, Mexico, where they toured cutting-edge data centers, explored industrial parks, and engaged with key industry figures. The team identified numerous opportunities for Northshore in optimization, energy modeling, and data analytics. They also strengthened our relationship with a local university, supporting our unique internship program. Thank you to our wonderful hosts. The trip was a success, filled with team bonding, cultural experiences, and exciting prospects for our expansion into Latin America.
