For the last two decades NorthStar Museums and Education has had the incredible opportunity to serve the pre-k - 12 education market and put in place over 3.5 million square feet of new space in support of our clients. Exciting progress in motion at the NORTHWOOD ACADEMY CS! NorthStar Owners Representation team is delighted to be collaborating with NWACS on their façade renovation and replacement project. Together, we are transforming the exterior into contemporary, inviting and secure space for everyone on campus. Keep an eye out for more updates on this exciting journey of improvement and innovation!

Construction is in full swing at Green Woods Charter School, with foundations being poured and a ton of dirt getting moved! Witnessing the transformation from plans to reality, one step at a time, is truly inspiring. This stage sets the groundwork (literally!) for what will be a remarkable structure. Summer has been buzzing with activity at Delaware Valley Friends School! B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc. has been hard at work moving almost every foot of dirt on the site, installing storm water management, a new rain garden, and creating a vibrant terrace area. On the other side of the build, Warfel Construction Company is full steam on constructing the new addition and entrances. With interior demo just wrapping up, Warfel Construction Company is gearing up to transform the hallway into an impressive new lobby space. Exciting transformations are underway, shaping a dynamic future for our school!

We are excited to kick off construction at the new Marshall at Lehigh! At NorthStar Owners Representation, we are dedicated to facilitating a smooth and successful project through our diligent oversight of construction activities and finances. This new project, in partnership with Serfass Construction, Capital Solutions, Inc., 4/4 Architecture, Aptitude Development, is sure to be something special! Stay tuned!

Exciting progress is being made at Evergreen Charter School in Hempstead, New York! This innovative project is in collaboration with our team Consigli Construction Co., Inc. Martin Hopp Architect WSP in the U.S., and we couldn’t be more proud of the strides we are making together. Stay tuned as we continue to make something remarkable!

It’s been 18 months since we completed the Community Center at Dunwoody Village, and the space remains as gorgeous as ever! NorthStar Owners Representation was thrilled to join Evergreen Charter School in the recent Topping Off Ceremony to celebrate another major milestone! NorthStar's own Kyle Lewis signed the beam, along with representatives from Evergreen Charter School, Circulo de la Hispanidad, Consigli Construction Co., Inc. , and Martin Hopp Architects.
