How to set your PXM vision and architecture ▶ ▶ ▶ Don’t skip this! ◀ ◀ ◀ Setting a vision for a PXM project involves many steps. Today, we're talking about the first one: PXM strategy. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 Gain certainty in your PXM investment decisions. Develop a data-driven understanding about which aspects of their buying experience matter most to them. Talk to your them. Survey them. Collect customer data on an ongoing basis. 𝐏𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝-𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 For example, digital shelf analytics. This is critical to understanding the impact your PXM projects have over time. Businesses that sell products through multiple channels typically need PIM and DAM at the center of their tech stack to automate data out of current systems and send it to your sales channels.
