🆕 Introducing: Scanning Plans in the Oova app. So, what's a scanning plan and how does it work? ✴️ Oova generates scanning plans based on your cycle length and health goal. Your scanning plan will tell you when to scan, how long to scan for, and which test strips to use on each day of scanning. Oova Hormone Kits come with two types of test strips: strips that measure LH and PdG (a metabolite of progesterone) together and strips that measure just E3G (a metabolite of estrogen). We’ll let you know which strips you need depending on your scanning plan. ✴️ 🗒️ A note for anyone already scanning with Oova: when you open your app you'll notice the feature has already been added for you! This won't disrupt your scanning experience, but you'll have access to this new and improved scanning tool. Learn how to start your own scanning plan: https://lnkd.in/eS2k-hBi

Breakouts are annoying... and they could be linked to your hormone health! In fact, 83% of skin concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, dry skin, and wrinkles are caused by imbalanced hormones. Here are some ways to take care of your skin ⬇️ and support your hormone health: ✨ Maintain a Balanced Diet: Incorporate foods rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals to nourish your skin from within. 💧 Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and help flush out toxins. 🏃♀️ Exercise Regularly: Physical activity helps regulate hormones and improves blood circulation, which benefits your skin. 🛌 Get Adequate Sleep: Quality sleep is essential for hormone regulation and skin repair. 🧘♀️ Manage Stress: Practice stress-reducing activities like meditation, yoga, or deep breathing to keep your hormones in check. 🌿 Choose Skin-Friendly Products: Opt for skincare products with natural ingredients that support hormone balance. Remember, healthy skin starts from the inside out! #Skincare #Statistic #Healthcare
