🎉 Project Milestone: We’ve Topped Out! 🏗️ I'm excited to announce that we have officially completed the wood structure for the project at 1766 El Camino Real, Burlingame, CA! This is a significant milestone in the journey of building, and I couldn't be prouder of the team's hard work and dedication that has brought us to this point. 🙌 The topping-out marks the completion of the primary structure and sets the stage for the next critical phase: roof installation and exterior enclosure of the building. As we speak, our crew is diligently working on the installation of the vapor barrier for the roof, ensuring the long-term integrity and protection of the building. Coordination with various teams is in full swing to ensure everything moves smoothly as we head into the final stages of construction. I want to extend a huge thank you to all of our partners, subcontractors, and team members who have been part of this journey. Your collaboration and commitment have been instrumental in reaching this milestone, and I’m looking forward to what’s next!
