Celebrating the first 10 million single cell dataset released from the Parse Biosciences GigaLab with some UMAP cake! I got a slice of CD4 Naive T Cells :) This first dataset measures the response of 12 different PBMC donors to 90 different cytokines across 10 million cells and was completed in a single run at the GigaLab!
