Wrapping up underground at our site in Littleton at Chatfield State Park. Our client, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, is building a new camper services building at their Loop A campsites at Chatfield State Park. Project is slated to complete in the late spring. The SGI-USA Buddhist Center project team has been hard at work wrapping up the steel structure, beginning interior and exterior framing and starting our wet rough-in. We hit over 200 days without a recordable and have remained on schedule. We are very grateful for our our trade partners hard work in 2024 and look forward to a successful and safe 2025! Last week our project team began standing steel on the SGI-USA Buddhist Center project in downtown Denver. ESD Concrete and SJS Enterprises worked diligently to get us out of the ground and allow us to start going vertical. Hats off to their crews, Flatiron Surveying and our UG rough-in partners from Maddison Mechanical and Fed Electric for staying on schedule, installing with quality and staying safe! They were able to gain the project a couple of weeks on the overall CPM schedule. Redd Iron/Integrity Steel will be erecting steel for the next 4-5 weeks, while SWI wraps up installation of our storm detention system. Progress is being made on the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Law Enforcement Facility in Denver. The CPW project consists of an expansion to an existing building for a total of 16,000 SF of office, conference, and training spaces. In addition we are adding a 3,500 SF pre-engineered metal shop building for vehicle maintenance, and utility upgrades throughout the campus. #CommunityBuilders #colorado #construction

Pour day! We just completed our first concrete pour for the Colorado Parks & Wildlife Law Enforcement Training Center. The project includes an expansion and buildout of an existing structure for office, conference, and physical training areas, a secondary shop building, and utility/civil upgrades around the campus. We'll be here for the next year and are excited to be starting this one for a repeat client! PG Arnold Construction
