Today, we announced that we have entered into a new partnership agreement to join Priority Health out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Through this transaction, Priority Health will acquire PHPNI by the end of 2024. Over time, this transaction will benefit members and clients with improved access to care, expanded product innovations, and cost savings for members of both plans.
