Yesterday, on the afternoon of 28 March, a 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck central Myanmar, with its epicentre near Mandalay and Sagaing. The quake has caused widespread destruction and loss of lives across many nearby regions. According to current reports, over 1,000 fatalities have been recorded due to the collapse of homes and buildings, with many more injured. Various organisations are actively carrying out rescue operations to assist those affected. In response to this disaster, Doh Eain is working to provide emergency aid to affected communities.
