🚀 We've raised $500k!🚀 After 12 months of incredibly hard work, it felt amazing to see the Posh Outdoors WeFunder counter pass $500k yesterday. The last year has also seen huge progress outside of the raise: - We have 5 beautiful mirror cabins built and ready to arrive on site next month - Advertising data indicates we'll generate c. $100k of booking receipts before first guests arrive - We've received strong interest from landowners who want to partner with us on Locations 2, 3, 4 and beyond Our WeFunder round closes on April 30th. 🚨Marketing data indicates big launch for Skyridge Glamping 🚨 Last week, we started the ad campaign for the launch of Posh Outdoors' first location, Skyridge Glamping. Using renderings like this, our ads have been popping up on Facebook and Instagram feeds all across Alberta. To cover ad spend (funded by our rev share partners), we're charging a $35 deposit to gain "Skyridge VIP" status. VIPs get a 20-30% rate discount, and first access to the booking calendar when it opens in May. We introduced the $35 deposit on Thursday. We've signed up 85 VIPs and 3,475 email leads (5k+ in total), AND we're $547 in the black. I'll be sharing what this translates to booking-wise in due course. This is the playbook we'll be rolling out for every future location. The window to invest in Posh Outdoors is closing (announcement coming soon). I am beyond excited to announce that we have placed our first order of units at Posh Outdoors for our first partnership location in the Canadian Rockies with EJH Distribution Ltd - Glamping - Tents - Unique Structures . It has been a long road to get to this moment but we couldn’t have dreamt of a better first location than Skyridge Kananaskis and are thankful for everyone that has invested in Posh Outdoors thus far. I’m looking forward to sharing regular updates on the manufacturing of the units and the development of the site as we gear up to be open by Christmas 2024.
