Three years ago I agreed to take the lead on building a new CDJR store that I’m a partner in, to say I didn’t know what I was getting myself into would be an understatement to say the least. Thankfully I had a great support staff to call on when needed or this build would be ongoing. The project had a little bit of everything from IRB’s, FEMA due to flood zones, gas easements, and TIF funds, I think it aged me 10 years but I learned a lot along the way. Tomorrow we open for our first day of business and the team is thrilled to be in the new store. From 9 service bays to 23 and from .8 acres to 5.5. The sky is the limit from here. With a passion for inspiring and leading dealerships, Tracey is dedicated to maximizing both in-person and online reputations, while fostering a company culture that prioritizes employee and consumer satisfaction. As Premier Automotive continues to expand, she spearheads acquisition packages and oversees dealership design and builds, leveraging her B.A. in Interior Design to collaborate with manufacturers, architects, and contractors. She also ensures compliance with facility compensation programs. One of Tracey's most rewarding roles is serving as the Founder of Premier Women In Leadership, an initiative aimed at championing and investing in female team members across the dealerships, with the goal of attracting more women to the company.
