Tracey grew up immersed in the car business and naturally gravitated toward it right after college. As the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) of Premier Automotive, a group with over 35 dealerships representing 13 manufacturers, Tracey has been an invaluable resource, thanks to her extensive training in customer processes across multiple franchises.
With a passion for inspiring and leading dealerships, Tracey is dedicated to maximizing both in-person and online reputations, while fostering a company culture that prioritizes employee and consumer satisfaction. As Premier Automotive continues to expand, she spearheads acquisition packages and oversees dealership design and builds, leveraging her B.A. in Interior Design to collaborate with manufacturers, architects, and contractors. She also ensures compliance with facility compensation programs.
One of Tracey's most rewarding roles is serving as the Founder of Premier Women In Leadership, an initiative aimed at championing and investing in female team members across the dealerships, with the goal of attracting more women to the company.
