Grateful to my colleagues at Arbor Realty Trust for their investment in the next generation of LGBTQIA+ professionals in commercial real estate. Our 2024 programs with the Real Estate Pride Council, including Arbor's sponsorship of the 3rd National Pride Roundtable (co-hosted with NYU Stern Real Estate and Deutsche Bank) and last month's speed networking event, offered students from NYU Stern School of Business and business schools across the country unique opportunities to forge connections across industries that are fundamentally about relationships. cc: Adam Bell, Tres Seippel, MAI, MRICS, Dan Peltier, Leah Fisher, Teal LaFollette, PMP, Amanda Cervone, Zachary Cohen, Eric James, MBA, PMP, SHRM-CP, Anna Coltrane, Robbie Pinkas, Russ Bates
Arbor and the Real Estate Pride Council recently hosted a Pride Visibility in CRE Finance Speed Networking event in New York City, connecting LGBTQIA+ CRE finance students from across the metropolitan area with industry leaders and mentors from the Pride Council. Our team was proud to build on Arbor’s commitment to the inclusion of all backgrounds with this and other initiatives this year, and we look forward to creating more opportunities to increase LGBTQIA+ visibility within our industry. Thank you to Sam Chandan and the Pride Council for participating in and helping us organize this impactful event.
