Will Resager demonstrates how combining standard intact datasets with peptide-level quantitation creates a theoretical mass distribution, enabling precise reconstruction of intact species. This cutting-edge approach not only enhances our understanding but also streamlines the process, making it quicker and more efficient. By identifying and addressing peaks not accounted for by theoretical models, we can confidently pinpoint mispaired antibodies and other deviations.
