It’s 🚫about checking boxes … it’s about REAL change. Being the change agents; the divergent. In the movie, Divergent, the leader played by Kate Winslet set out to rid the planet (or what was left of it) of divergent people who didn’t fit into a pre-defined group known as factions and defined by virtues, such as those who grew/produced food or those who defended/kept the peace. Why eliminate divergents? Because they were thought to be uncontrollable. In real life, seek out divergents for new ways of doing things - see 👀 possibilities where others don’t. They may not be the most outspoken 📣, or raise their hand 🙋🏾♀️ for new projects, but they have ideas 💭. Call on them.
