Her dissertation presents a thorough validation of the application of reweighing samples to address bias for AI ethics. It provides a systematic insight into the effectiveness of various traditional classification algorithms concerning different protected attributes, contributing to the advancement of fairness AI. Moreover, it explores the potential of generative AI models to generate synthetic tabular data to improve AI fairness. Her advisor is Dr. Pamela Obiomon, Professor, and Dean of the Roy G.
