Last week, our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams came together for our Sales Kickoff—and what an incredible event it was! The theme for the year, All In, set the tone for collaboration, learning, and excitement as we gear up for 2025. Highlights included: 💡 Hearing from company leaders, product teams, and even our customers. 🤝 Building stronger connections as a team. 🏗️ A fun and competitive LEGO building challenge. 🪓 Letting off some steam with axe throwing (safely, of course!). This kickoff allowed Qwirks to pause and learn in preparation for an extraordinary year ahead. Here’s to a year of going All In! 🚀

We are thrilled to highlight our 2024 Dash Award Winner - Aaron Brown, Senior Insights Analyst! This award is given annually to recognize the Qwirk that demonstrated the most personal and professional growth during the year. The award is named after the poem "The Dash" by Linda Ellis. This is the SECOND time Aaron has been nominated and voted on for this award. December was a month to remember at QW! Here’s a look at all the ways we wrapped up the year together: 🎅 Santa stopped by the office to spread some holiday cheer. 🏌️♂️ Teams gathered in Omaha for fun activities like TopGolf and Fowling. 🎲 We celebrated at our casino-themed holiday party, filled with games, laughter, and connection. 🎁 Our team gave back by volunteering to set up Abide's Christmas Store, helping bring joy to families in our community. It was the perfect way to close out the year – celebrating our work, our teams, and our impact. Cheers to a strong finish and even brighter days ahead in 2025! ✨

🌟 Giving back to our community is one of our favorite things to do. Recently, our team had the opportunity to volunteer with Completely KIDS, an Omaha-based nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty by providing essential resources and support for kids and families in need. One of the most impactful programs Completely KIDS offers is the Weekend Food Program. Each Friday, this program supplies bags of food to families, ensuring children have the nutrition they need over the weekend. For many families facing tough choices, this vital resource means one less worry and a chance for their kids to return to school ready to learn. It’s hard to believe 2004 was two decades ago! Back then, we were listening to hits like Yeah! by Usher, The Incredibles was the must-see movie in theaters, and Facebook had just launched on college campuses.
