The pursuit of longevity is a significant focus within the ultra-high-net-worth community, according to Los Angeles Times writer Andrea Chang in her latest article. R360’s Health, Wellness, and Longevity interest group is a place for members to delve into the science behind longevity, separating facts from hype by consulting with top scientists and researchers. Last year our group organized a longevity trip to the Harvard laboratory of David A. Sinclair A.O., Ph.D., a renowned genetics professor researching cellular-level aging reversal. 🌍 Exciting news! R360 has taken a monumental step in our international expansion with an unforgettable trip to Panama! ✨ Ten South Florida members joined 16 fabulous entrepreneurs from some of Panama's most influential families. Our adventure kicked off with a VIP tour of the Panama Canal, where we witnessed a U.S. Navy cargo ship navigating the Miraflores locks—truly awe-inspiring! The evening featured a cocktail reception and dinner at the rooftop Izakaya of Mai Mai, one of the Top 100 restaurants of the world. Chef Mitsuharu Tsumura's innovative cuisine, blending Japanese and Peruvian traditions, was an absolute delight. We stayed at the luxurious Hotel La Compañía in Panama City's historic Casco Antiguo, where three eras of history come alive in beautifully curated rooms. Our R360 meeting took place just a block from the Presidential Palace, attended by 26 individuals with simultaneous translation. We delved into profound discussions around the six forms of capital: Financial, Intellectual, Social, Human, Emotional, and Spiritual. We experienced how peer to peer learning can enrich our lives and families, especially with an international perspective. A highlight was our lunch speaker, Lawrence McDonald, who provided insights on preparing for future risks in the financial markets and signed his new bestseller for us: "How to Listen When Markets Speak".
