“After delivering my son at a different metro hospital, he was transferred to Ridgeview's NICU, where we heard about the Mom & Baby Connection lactation support group. I was thrilled to learn about this free resource that is available regardless of where you give birth. It has given me such peace of mind to be able to track my son’s weight and feeds each week, especially in those early days when he had jaundice and a slow start with breastfeeding. Plus, it's so encouraging to hear from other moms and get questions answered by the lactation specialists. It’s been helpful for my mental health, too — it’s so important to get out of the house postpartum. We always look forward to going each week!” -Megan Rosvold Ridgeview’s Mom & Baby Connection provides a casual environment to meet other moms and gain helpful information from a Ridgeview lactation consultant. This free service offers support on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., on the 3rd floor of the Ridgeview Waconia Campus hospital building.
