This project is the first phase in the Charlotte Hornets' Re!magine Spectrum Center project, paving the way for over 160,000 square feet of premier training, administrative, and retail space that will take player performance and community engagement to the next level. In collaboration with our joint venture construction partner Gilbane Building Company, global sports and entertainment venue design firm Populous, and strategic management consulting firm CAA ICON, we are committed to delivering a world-class facility that will elevate player performance, enhance the city’s vibrancy, and provide valuable opportunities for local businesses and community engagement.
