Our thoughtful R&D approach is rooted in careful disease selection that includes clear demonstration of the mechanism of action, measurable endpoints, ability to be first and best-in-class and sizeable patient population to demonstrate impact. Our efforts have resulted in a world-class gene therapy pipeline consisting of four programs with compelling clinical proof of concept and two programs with established preclinical proof of concept across our AAV cardiology and LV hematology portfolios.
