After three decades of growth, adversity, war efforts, and a booming economy, Moses Rosendin fell ill. He could not return to work, so the business transferred ownership to his sons, Ray and Louis Rosendin. In 1953, Rosendin was awarded our first million-dollar project and saw a rise in more significant work through the 1970s and 1980s. In the late 1970s, Ray Rosendin began planning an exit strategy for himself and his brother to leave a thriving company in place. At this time, the Rosendin family decided to sell the company to the employees, making Rosendin an employee-owned company. As Hispanic Heritage Month comes to a close, it is essential to recognize Hispanic Americans’ contributions and rich cultural heritage. Thank you for joining us this month as we celebrated and paid tributes to our roots, culture, and the achievements of our founder, Moses Rosendin. #HispanicHeritageMonth2024 #HHM #LatinoHeritage #LatinoPride #MexicanAmericanFounder #LatinxStories #Rosendin #LeadInspireBuild

October 10th is #WorldMentalHealthDay, a great reminder that self-care and well-being are essential. We are spotlighting mental health by asking how our team members keep their minds happy and healthy. Don’t be afraid to speak up when things don’t feel right. Together, we can work to end the stigma surrounding mental health one conversation at a time. If you or a loved one is struggling with your mental health and need assistance, call or text 988. #MentalHealth #Wellness #Wellbeing #MentalHealthMatters #EndTheStigma #SuicidePrevention #988Lifeline

Over a century ago, Moses and Bertha Rosendin immigrated from Mexico to the U.S. and set up the Rosendin Electric Motor Works in San Jose, California, in 1919. The company provided various electrical services to local homes and shops. Following their parents’ footsteps, Lou and Ray Rosendin entered the electrical trade and learned the administrative side of the business, making Rosendin Motor Works a family affair. More than a century later, Rosendin is proud to honor and celebrate #HispanicHeritageMonth, spotlighting our roots, the rich culture, and the invaluable contributions of our team members from the Hispanic and Latin communities. #HispanicHeritageMonth2024 #HHM #LatinoHeritage #LatinoPride #MexicanAmericanFounder #LatinxStories
