Just as there are many great organizations aiding women in crisis, there are many supporting women with defined career paths and financial stability. Rung fills a very important, existing gap for women who are in transition from poverty to sustained, holistic success.

Today is #MomsEqualPay, shedding a light on the pay gap working mothers face in the workforce. On average, full-time working moms earn 71 cents on the dollar. Urge your lawmakers to pass the Paycheck Fairness Act which helps close the gap and protects workers from retaliation for discussing pay, banning the use of prior salary history, and codifying pay data collection.
