Our partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) continues! On September 30, we broke ground—along with three other general contractors—on their new cutting-edge data center in South Bend, Indiana. This project marks a major step forward for AWS’s operations and the local community, creating around 3,000 jobs during the construction phase that will have a lasting impact. We’re proud to collaborate with Clayco, Suffolk Construction, and Wallbridge to deliver a state-of-the-art facility that will drive innovation, sustainability and growth for years to come!

We had an amazing three days at our companywide summit last week in Dallas, Texas! Our team came together to learn, bond, and celebrate our vibrant culture for the first time since December 2017. We were honored to hear from inspiring keynote speakers Hubert Joly, Jon Dorenbos, and Will Guidara, each offering unique insights that will guide us in our pursuit of continued success at Ryan. We’ve broken ground on the GSQ Medical Building, a three-story, medical outpatient building at Goodyear Civic Square at GSQ in Goodyear, AZ! This 62,475-square-foot building—which is fully preleased to Banner Health—is the first medical project within the master development of GSQ and is a key part of the City of Goodyear’s vision for its new downtown. As the developer and builder, we’re excited to partner with Globe Corporation in this joint venture. We previously worked with Globe and served as the general contractor for Goodyear Civic Square at GSQ. Set for completion in Q3 2025, the building will provide multispecialty healthcare in a community that now offers it all: shopping, dining, entertainment and medical care.

This 502-unit multifamily community spans 15 buildings and 37 acres, offering luxury residences with best-in-class amenities in the 33,000-acre master-planned community, Lakewood Ranch. As both the developer and builder in this joint venture with PGIM Real Estate and Park Springs, we’re proud to have delivered the final building ahead of schedule, despite a seven-month power delay—demonstrating the hard work and dedication of our team.
