Last week was a whirlwind 😵💫, but one thing is for sure… I felt incredibly thankful and grateful for the love and support I received from the Safe Space crew. Where would I be without HR for HR 😮💨?! I found this group in May 2023, and it was everything I didn’t know I needed. I connected with like-minded HR POWERHOUSES to mastermind with. I realized that everything I was thinking and feeling about my experience working in HR (especially as a WOC) was normal. AND, I gained valuable insights from leaders truly invested in my growth and success.
