Closing deals more than a month faster? Pinch us. We must be dreaming. But seriously, Boomi saw a 41-day decrease in their average deal cycle after implementing Bionic Chatbots. They’d already been using Drift, since 2019 to boost website conversion rates, but they knew they could do even more with inbound. So when Drift announced Bionic Chatbots in late 2023, the Boomi team saw an opportunity. They joined the Early Access Program right away. Then they noticed an interesting phenomenon: While the company was seeing fewer meetings, they were higher quality. No-shows and customer support requests went way down. Conversions from prospects to MQLs increased 47%, and they saw a 60% deflection rate. This ultimately accelerated their deal cycles. “Efficiency and quality are the name of the game,” says Head of Demand Generation and Digital Marketing, COE at Boomi, Timothy Ozmina. “And they’re the two biggest pieces that have improved since implementing Bionic Chatbots.” Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/gS6jePgz

Content is only king when you can tell how it’s impacting your bottom line. That’s why Seismic + Salesloft is such an elite combination. Gaining visibility into how buyers are engaging with your content empowers sellers to tailor their follow-up approach and engage in deeper conversations that accelerate your sales cycle. Bonus: You can pass along insights to your marketing team so they can see what buyers actually care about and create more content like it. The Seismic integration shares these content engagement signals with Salesloft: + High buyer engagement + Low buyer engagement + Content downloaded (We just love the way Joey Vendel puts it 👇)

Gartner shows that sales managers only spend 21% of their time coaching. We get it. You’re human. You have limited time. It’s why we introduced AI-powered conversation scorecards earlier this year to help you coach your sales team more consistently and effectively. Here’s how to use conversation scorecards: 1. Before 1:1s, use Salesloft Coaching to review individual rep performance and prep for your call. 2. Remind your team to regularly request reviews of their conversations to make sure they’re getting consistent feedback. 3. Use Conductor AI to review conversations efficiently. It analyzes the transcript, suggests scores, and explains the logic behind its advice. See a full breakdown of how to elevate your sales strategy with AI-powered coaching: https://lnkd.in/eB_MFHQk

Salesloft just won our business, & I didn't even want to evaluate them. I wanted what I had immense familiarity with, their top competitor. As did our entire SDR leadership team along with many reps. Since 2017, I've been an admin+power user+champion. So how tf did SL win, and how did _____ lose us? Functionality wise, it's a toss up either way. So it boils down to cultural fit + price. How badly do they want us❓❓ Here's why we chose SL: 1️⃣ Sales Process: Their process was a BLAST to be a part of. Fun, crisp, & engaging. From the very first 🔥 prospecting email Alan Febres-Cordero sent me, to every follow up msg, call, demo, etc - these folks blew our socks off. TRUE masters of their craft that we could all learn from. 2️⃣ Strategic Partner: Talkdesk is on the path to IPO & to $1B. SL gave us the warm n fuzzies with how they'll partner with us, scale with us, and BE with us every step of the way. 3️⃣ Fought HARD for us: No matter how standoffish we were, SL would not quit. They listened to us, knew how we'd been burned in the past, led with value that we cared about, and WORKED with us on a very fair price. On the flip side - those 3 reasons are also exactly why _______ couldn't have pushed us away harder & faster than they did. They were arrogant, inconsistent with their words & actions, and ultimately - it became clear that we wanted them more than they wanted us. Salesloft made this one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had purchasing something. P.S. Comment below "send it" if you'd like to see the killer first prospecting email Alan used on me

This week we went live on Salesloft and I've gotta say it's been great so far. After being a power Outreach user for so long I was worried about learning something new. But the UI is easy to navigate, and after spending some time clicking around it's all coming back to me. Here are some tips when rolling out new tech: 1. Make the onboarding trainings more of a follow along session, most people learn and retain by doing. So if they are doing at the same time as you are showing them that helps vs. just someone quickly clicking through a platform they have never used before. 2. Have a dedicated Slack channel for people to post issues or ask questions in to keep communication streamlined. 3. Have a small test group use the product first before deploying to the whole org. This can help you work through problems within a small group and ensure everything is working properly. For Salesloft we did a few SDR's and a couple AE's. 4. Have office hours that people can join weekly to ask questions, show them how to do something, get feedback etc 5. It takes a village to implement something like this, don't just pile it on sales ops shoulders. Enabelment, management, and ops all worked together to make this happen. 6. Hire someone great like Erich Beer to make it all happen, keep it organized, and make sure everything is set up and running properly.

Not every customer question requires human intervention. Making buyers wait can do more damage than good. Ulrich Lifestyle Structures used to have a chatbot on their website that was only useful during business hours when a team member was monitoring it. If no one was around to respond, it just asked for an email address and promised to respond “soon.” They knew they needed a better way to build a better pipeline for their business. That’s when they discovered our Bionic Chatbot. Since deploying it on their site, they’ve already seen a huge impact on the business: 💪 Meetings booked up 35% 💪 Deal cycle time on sheds 30% faster for online leads 💪 Conversions from chat up 84% 💪 Average ticket increase of 15% See the full story: https://lnkd.in/eJbbEs5J
