Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico and The Salvation Army teamed up to help thousands of people during summer wildfires near Ruidoso, NM. Now CFSNM is coming to the aid of survivors of the recent devastating flooding in Roswell with $5,000 in funding to help The Salvation Army, Southwest Division, Emergency Disaster Services + The Salvation Army Roswell provide emergency food and financial aid. For the last several years, staff members have generously donated their time and effort to erect the shelves that will be vital in organizing and distributing the tens of thousands of toys that will brighten holidays for more than 9,000 Arizona families. #HurricaneMilton response continues in Florida. Salvation Army teams are on the ground with meals, drinks, and emotional and spiritual care even for the littlest of survivors. Sarah spoke with us about sharing candy and stickers with the children in line and allowing them to share their stories as well.

The Salvation Army will host the Third Annual Silver Bells Gala. This gala will kick off our Red Kettle Campaign, and commemorate 130 years of dedicated service to the people of Arizona!
