These projects located in Milam County hold a power purchase agreement with Google and will support Google’s growing data center presence in Texas.

Tax equity markets are evolving post #IRA, with transfer deals increasing the volume of renewable energy projects executed this year.   Join Merrill Hoopengardner, our Head of Tax Credit Syndication, as she takes on this subject at Infocast in #Houston this week.    Merrill will join other industry leaders to discuss major trends in the emerging tax credit transfer market. She’ll share how we are thinking about our capital stack and aligning the most advantageous capital to execute our on our utility-scale pipeline #solar and #storage projects.

Energy demand in Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) has soared, and we are working quickly to add new capacity in the region.    Last week, Vice President, Development & Origination Karl Brutsaert  provided insights on our development strategy at Infocast’s Midcontinent Clean Energy conference.
