One of the annual traditions at the LSB is the much-anticipated Ping Pong Doubles Tournament. LSBees are paired up into teams (more than 80 participants this year!), games are organized into a bracket and the fun lasts over the course of a few months. The tournament culminates in a showdown of top teams with spectators cheering them on (while enjoying a pizza buffet, of course). Cheers to this year's winners! For the rest of us... time to get to practicing to prepare for the 2025 tourney. 🏓

Our San Francisco office was filled with energy during this year's Bring Your Child to Work Day. We welcomed children of our team members, as well as guests from the local Salesian Boys' & Girls' Club, for a day of learning and fun in the office. Our LSB team members made the day a great experience packed with activities that helped the kids see what it's like to work at SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands. Learning from our leaders, hands-on science experiments and getting creative with design were all part of the fun-filled day.

How did Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day® bottle the essence of summer and share it with the world? By launching new Limited Edition Summer Scents at Camp Mrs. Meyer's – an immersive experience that leaned into the nostalgia of summer. The team invited 18 of our biggest fans (with huge social followings) to pack their bags and join us at Camp Mrs. Meyer's where they could connect to nature and each other through garden values. The weekend was spent with activities that helped grow gratitude, cultivate community, and pollinate curiosity. Around each corner was a reminder that summer smells like freshly cut grass, tomatoes ripe from the vine, and fields of wild dandelions. While our seasonal scents may be limited edition, the memories and impact of Camp will last a lifetime. Not ready to let go the scents of summer just yet? Last week, our UK team hosted some special guests in the office! Team members were invited to bring their children to the office for our Mini Pioneers Day, hosted by our Culture Council. Events for the day included checking out where parents work and what they do, as well as exploring learning stations with experiments related to gravity (and why it's important when developing packaging) and understanding chemical reactions through making slime.

ICYMI, Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day® has been growing seeds of compassion and kindness through the brand's Lots of Compassion project. Recently in New York City, the community had the chance to explore The Compassion Store – a pop-up place where compassion was currency. Inside, people could shop without any cash or cards — all they needed was a little bit of kindness. Throughout the shop, visitors could shop without any cash or cards, discovering small acts they could do to demonstrate compassion for themselves, loved ones, their community, and beyond. In exchange for these small acts of compassion, shoppers received useful products that would help them grow compassion in their own backyards. 𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥, 2,713 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞. The Compassion Store is part of the second year of the #MrsMeyers Lots of Compassion project. From storage cupboard to study break den! 🛠 While schools are on their summer break, our Volunteer Team has been busier than ever. Last month, with the generous help of SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands, we transformed a modest storage cupboard, into a cosy, personalised space for an 8-year-old boy. This young boy, who shares his bedroom with his 18-month-old brother, has endured the challenges of living in a hotel for six months. We created a retreat he could call his own - a delightful space where he could play, do homework, read, and dream. His excitement was contagious as he realised he had his very own den within the family home. We can’t thank our wonderful volunteers enough for making this day, and every other day this summer, possible. Their dedication and hard work have made a lasting impact on this young boy’s life, bringing smiles that will be remembered not just for a summer, but for years to come.
