Seattle Clean City is making a huge impact in 2024! Our Clean City program is dedicated to preserving and protecting our environmental and community health. We're committed to keeping Seattle clean and healthy, ensuring equitable access to public spaces for everyone. In 2024 alone, we’ve: + Removed over 2.5 million pounds of debris from our streets + Cleaned up 582,000+ square feet of graffiti + Safely disposed of 672,000+ needles in our sharps boxes Our work doesn’t stop there. We swiftly tackle litter, graffiti, sharps, illegal dumping, and other hazards, making Seattle a safer, cleaner, and healthier place for all residents and visitors.
