In this role, you will oversee daily banking systems operations, lead system upgrades, and collaborate closely with business partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Lead system upgrades and manage daily banking operations. - Act as a liaison between business partners, system vendors, and internal teams. - Participate in system design, configuration, documentation, and testing of new initiatives. - Provide technical support and administration for various business systems. This summer, SECU revitalized our internship program and hosted 10 interns across 7 departments - from marketing to business intelligence to risk management. And last week, we got together one more time before their time with us was up. Two interns presented their capstone projects, and all of them were asked to illustrate an aspect of their self-brand that they're taking with them from this internship. On Thursday, SECU volunteers spent time conducting mock interviews with Maryland New Directions 's clients to prepare them to re-enter the workforce. MND’s mission is to train and coach people facing career and life transitions to overcome barriers, restore self-belief, and acquire the skills and tools needed to secure employment on a path to a living wage.
