Last week, I had the privilege of volunteering for an outreach program themed "Enriching the Future," an initiative aimed at empowering secondary school students (Ss2 students to be precise). Our team visited Igwebuike Grammar School in Awka, where I led a session on career and skill development. I discussed on The value of volunteering in personal and professional growth Strategies for developing crucial hard and soft skills The interactive session culminated in a dynamic Q&A, allowing students to dive deeper into these essential subjects. I'm deeply grateful to the management of Igwebuike Grammar School for their warm welcome and to SEG NAU for organizing this meaningful event. It's truly rewarding to contribute to shaping the future of our youth. SEG #CareerDevelopment #SkillsAcquisition #YouthEmpowerment #Volunteering #CommunityOutreach

Congratulations Muogbo Dominic!
Believe you can and you're halfway there." - Theodore Roosevelt. I am honored to share that I was awarded the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) Undergraduate Scholarship! It's a huge honor and a testament to all the hard work and dedication I've put in. This is a significant milestone in my academic journey at Nnamdi Azikiwe University. I am incredibly grateful to SEG for this distinguished scholarship. This was my third application, and I got it after facing two rejections. It has truly been a journey of perseverance and dedication. As Winston Churchill said, "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts." This scholarship has empowered me to continue my studies and strive for excellence in the field of Geoscience. With this, I am more motivated than ever to delve deeper. Thank you to everyone who have contributed to my growth and success. Thank you SEG NAU, SEG, Chinaza Arukwe-Moses, Chibuzo Valeria AHANEKU, Tochukwu Onyebum, Izuchukwu Obiadi, Chukwuebuka Emeh Cheers to new beginnings and greater achievements! ✨
