  • ❓ Are your lead generation efforts not yielding the desired results?? 📲 Because nearly all consumers now start with an online search for "best [restaurant, hiking trail, senior living, etc.] near me," we do the same. 👓 We start each project with a search for, "best senior living in ABC city and state" to see which communities are displayed in the top 3 search results. If our client is not displayed at the top, we start digging for why they aren't showing up and offer up suggestions ( 💡 Bright Ideas!) to boost their position. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ One EASY place to look if your community is lagging behind is to look at your community's #Google score. If the score is BELOW 4-stars, this is an area to focus immediate attention. Why?? Because in most markets, Google automatically applies a 4-star filter to filter OUT any business with less than 4 stars. If prospects can't find you, they won't be able to inquire. AND, if prospects DO find you, and your community has NO Google score or if the Google score is below 4 stars, they will #worry about #credibility and #quality.     Digital leads are where it is at for senior living. For so long sales teams felt these leads weren't as viable as others. The speed to lead was slow and, in some cases, non-existent.
