He worked closely with the Ireland and US teams to get this in a quality state. He has worked many long hours to support this. He is very proactive and looks for opportunities to improve the code quality and process without being told to do so. ✅The significant contribution of Thomas and Nam Nguyen was appreciated by the client GridBeyond. To gain the client's trust, Nam Nguyen and Thomas spent plenty of time understanding the source code and finding optimal solutions based on the client's requirements as soon as possible.
