SUMMER RECAP // Intern Development Progam 2024 A glimpse into the final projects presented by Jylian, Ella, and Ayesha. Our IDP curriculum includes bringing a mock-client's project to life. Beginning with an initial client meeting, our interns worked earnestly to design intentional spaces per their client's desires. Over 9 weeks, they created custom floor plans, sections, and renderings for their client. With help from SHMentors, our interns presented their final projects during a company-wide meeting. In 2019, SHM launched its first satellite studio in Crested Butte, Colorado, reflecting a sustained commitment to servicing clients across the Mountain West region.
