MANE participated in the Society of Flavor Chemists (SFC) 2024 Symposium, a prestigious multi-day event dedicated to the art and science of flavour creation and related topics. Hosted by the SFC every five years, this symposium is a significant event in our industry, bringing together flavour experts. Three of our experts joined the event and presented conferences: - Chris Tucker, Director of Snack Application & Seasoning Development at MANE, partnered on an insightful presentation discussing the basics of seasoning creation & application. His expertise highlighted the foundational techniques essential for seasoning flavour development and applications. - Kevin Heitfeld, PhD, Director of Innovation & Applied Sciences at MANE, captivated the audience with his discussion on innovation in flavour encapsulation. His talk shed light on cutting-edge methods that are transforming how flavours area preserved and delivered. - Amy McDonald, President of the North American Flavour Division at MANE, was the keynote speaker who concluded the symposium with her inspiring presentation untitled: Beyond the taste buds: how to embrace a growth mindset in flavour development.
