What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 3+ years of experience in Phone Sales Management or direct response sales leadership. ✔️ Proven ability to lead remote teams, improve processes, and drive sales performance. ✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. ✔️ Experience in the Mobility Equipment or Durable Medical Equipment industry is a plus! ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to multitask in a virtual environment. ✔️ Ability to work independently with a dedicated home office setup and minimal travel requirements.
