Making a Difference, One Backpack at a Time 🎒 Last weekend, Spire Consulting Group joined forces with AECOM and other incredible donors to host a Back to School Drive. Last week, Spire Consulting Group held its 2024 Annual Summit, a two-day event filled with strategic planning, team bonding, and community support.    Day 1: We kicked off with a comprehensive company-wide strategic planning session, followed by a sunset cruise, happy hour, and dinner—fostering collaboration and celebrating our achievements.   Day 2: In partnership with AECOM, we proudly participated in a civic event for the Austin Independent School District. His dedication to LEAN principles and people-centric processes has driven him to structure policies and procedures with the end user in mind.   In the General Construction industry, Shawn has effectively managed reporting on public and private projects, including data centers, mixed-use developments, tenant improvements, and commercial spaces valued at over $300 million.
