We are delighted to congratulate Crystal Grishow, one of our Regional Directors of Revenue Management, on reaching an incredible milestone—her 30th anniversary! Crystal oversees a segment of the SPIRE Hospitality portfolio, which includes the Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle North Lynnwood, Hotel Fera Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Downtown. Before joining the SPIRE Home Office in January 2014, Crystal dedicated 20 years to on-property roles, including a dual Revenue Manager position. She began her journey in the front office for 3½ years as a Front Desk Supervisor and then Reservations Manager. She transitioned into revenue management, where she spent 17 years supporting Embassy Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs and Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Tech Center North. Additionally, she provided support for Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Northeast Blue Ash for four years. In 2000, Crystal graduated Magna Cum Laude from Parks College in Aurora, Colorado, earning a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting and business management. She has also been nominated twice for Hilton’s Director of Revenue of the Year award. Crystal is an active member of the local HSMAI Southern Colorado chapter in Colorado Springs and achieved her Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification in 2017.
