SSC Hamilton SE Team Member Shout Out: Frial Shehata “Special recognition goes to Frial, not only for this past 3-day meet, but also for coverage over several other weekend swim events. These events draw in huge crowds that require constant upkeep during, and a lot of clean up afterwards, and members of the Swim Club request her specifically to work during their events.” - Melissa Hallman, Hamilton SE District Quality Coordinator Frial consistently provides top quality work and takes tremendous pride in her work. She is frequently requested to work additional events due to the quality of service she brings. Frial was the first to get a perfect score from the district quality evaluation process for SSC. Great Job!

Grounds Unit Director Josh Hebig is known for making anything happen - he can take any request and will find a way to make it work without hesitation or complaint. His priority is caring for his team, and he consistently has an incredible "can do" attitude that drives a successful grounds program at Henderson State University. This year, Josh was honored as SSC's "I Got It" Award recipient. This award is presented in honor of Erik Proksch, a senior grounds project manager with SSC who passed away from COVID-19. The "I Got It" Award recognizes someone with an incredible work ethic and persistent determination, reflecting Erik's legacy year after year. Before becoming a Facilities Director with SSC at Georgetown University, Jennifer Williams had a nearly 30-year career serving in the United States Navy. Her military career proved invaluable. It allowed her to experience different cultures and perspectives while developing unmatched discipline, drive, and leadership skills that equipped her for success in all areas of her life. Today, Jennifer is experiencing tremendous career growth in the facilities industry. She also has the privilege of watching her son carry on a family tradition of service as a US Marine.
