Celebrating Rebecca's journey at St. Elizabeth! From cancer care to heart care, and now a key role in our acute care float pool, Rebecca's 8 years of commitment to healthcare and leadership is praiseworthy. Here's to many more years of caring, leading and inspiring! 🎉💙 Rebecca shares her advice for new nurses: “My advice would be to go in open-minded and ready to learn. The unit does a lot of admissions and works at a fast pace, but I have learned a lot since I started working on the observation unit and it has allowed me to expand my expertise and continue to grow as a registered nurse.” We’re lucky to have nurses like Rebecca on our team and looking for more great Observation Unit RNs to join us!
