Richard has been a partner at Greenberg Traurig and Seyfarth Shaw, among other firms. He was also formerly head of HR and labor and employment law for Frontier Telephone. He is recognized as a New York Metro Super Lawyer and named an Employment Law Trailblazer by the National Law Journal.    Richard’s practice focuses on civil litigation and labour and employment law.
