Suffolk Northeast is proud to play an important role in the construction of Brown University's William A. and Ami Kuan Danoff Life Sciences Laboratories project. This state-of-the-art planned facility for integrated life sciences research is designed to convene scientists across multiple fields of study to solve complex, interconnected health and medical challenges. Upon completion, the seven-story, 300,000-square-foot facility will provide labs and workspace for research in aging, immunity, brain science, cancer and biomedical engineering, among other fields. The facility will also be powered by 100% renewable electricity with emergency backup for resiliency, establishing this as one of the first “net zero” lab constructions in New England. Suffolk looks forward to collaborating with our partners on this visionary design-build project! https://lnkd.in/ez2cUWPv TenBerke | Ballinger

Last month, Suffolk was proud to celebrate the graduation of our Career Start 2022 Cohort, made up of 44 ambitious young professionals from all of our regions. This group successfully completed the two-year Career Start program, which consists of estimating, project management, and field operations rotations geared at mastering the fundamentals of construction. All 44 graduates are taking the next step in their professional development in project management, field operations, digital engineering, planning and other disciplines. Career Start is a vital part of Suffolk's talent pipeline - some of our most accomplished leaders are alumni of the program - so each graduating cohort is truly a cause for celebration. Congratulations to the 2022 Cohort, we look forward to seeing your continued achievements!

The largest outdoor stadium high-definition video board in North America. The tallest lighthouse on the continent. A maximized experience for sports fans, concertgoers and more. These are just a few features in Gillette Stadium's north end zone transformation project in Foxborough, Mass., and as a company born in Boston, Suffolk Northeast was proud to partner with The Kraft Group & Affiliates to build it. In addition to the lighthouse and the video board, which at 22,200 square feet is nearly double the size of the south end zone board, the project included amenity spaces such as bars, concessions, a rooftop bar and suites. Site development included decorative concrete, benches with lights, ticket gates, decorative grand stairs and more. Our team worked around the clock — and around scheduled concerts, New England Patriots games and New England Revolution matches — to deliver this project on schedule. We hope all fans enjoy cheering their teams and watching their favorite events in this updated space!
