“The Art of Place and the Science of Space” This week, Texas Water Leaders spent two days at Shield Ranch diving into geography and its connections to our role as water leaders. Leaders got the chance to map out Texas water management, explore the role of net zero design, and discover the importance of water data. Thank you to our wonderful speakers Dr. Andrew Sansom, Cynthia Cobb Oelkers, Texas Water Development Board Data Experts and TWL Alumni Sam Marie Hermitte and Taylor Christian, Texas Water Trade’s NetZero Expert Chandler Crouch, PE, and CIBOLO CONSERVANCY Executive Director Benjamin Eldredge. A special thank you to Dr. Blake Murden, Shield Ranch and Shield Land Stewardship Group for showing us around their incredible space.
